eight evening grosbeaks, one mountain chickadee and one house finch.
Ariel Vazquez, the special agent in charge for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in Arizona and New Mexico, said the birds will be examined to determine the cause of death. Once that?s determined, he said, investigators will ?see if we have the elements of a violation of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act.?...
