<HR>This report describes the detection of Citrobacter koseri carrying K. pneumoniae carbapenemase (KPC-2) isolated in July 2011 from a Greek patient, who was also colonised by a Klebsiella pneumoniae strain co-producing KPC-2 and Verona integron-encoded metallo-beta-lactamase (VIM)-1.
