"الزراعة" تصدر لائحة لتنظيم تداول وبيع الطيور الحية أول يوليو

أكد الدكتور "نبيل درويش" رئيس الاتحاد العام لمنتجي الدواجن، أن وزارة الزراعة ستصدر أوائل الشهر المقبل اللائحة التنفيذية لقرار رئيس الجمهورية بتنظيم تداول وبيع الطيور والدواجن الحية، الصادر في مايو الماضي.
وكشف "درويش" في تصريحات خاصة لـ" المصري اليوم" أن المذكرة راعت الأبعاد الاجتماعية والعادات الغذائية المصرية؛ حيث حددت فترة انتقالية مدتها سنة، لتحويل تداول وتسويق الدواجن الحية إلى المجهزة والمذبوحة بالمجازر، وأيضا لاستكمال طاقات الحزر وتشغيل المجازر الجديدة.
وأوضح أنه خلال الفترة من الشهر المقبل وحتى يوليو (2010) سيسمح بتداول الدواجن الحية، بشرط التزام المحلات بالشروط الصحية المحددة من جانب الهيئة البيطرية، وأن تحصل على ترخيص من المحافظات، كما أكد أنه سيتم منع بيع أي دواجن حية للمواطنين مع بداية (2011).
وتابع أنه في حالة نقل الدواجن الحية يشترط أن تحمل كل سيارة شهادة صحية تفيد أن الطيور خالية من المرض، و في حالة عدم وجود تلك التصاريح سيتم إرسالها إلى المجزر للكشف عليها، وإذا كانت سليمة سيتم ذبحها ويسترد المربي حقها من خزينة المحكمة، أما إذا ثبت مرضها سيتم إعدامها مع فرض غرامة على صاحب الحمولة.
وأشار "درويش" إلى تحول المربيين لـ" سبوبة" لرجال المرور- حسب قوله- بسبب تعديهم الدائم على سيارات نقل الطيور، بعد صدور قرار منع نقل الطيور الحية سابقا دون اى شروط تحمى المزارع السليمة، مؤكدا أن القرار الجديد تلافى هذا الأمر.
وشدد على ضرورة الإسراع بإنشاء صندوق لتعويض المضارين مؤكدا انه الحل الأمثل لوقف انتشار المرض وإثبات جديه الحكومة في التعويض خاصة أنها توقفت عنه في (2006).
وتتضمن اللائحة التنفيذية الجديدة تحديد (5 محافظات) من المقرر أن يتم حظر نقل وتداول الطيور الحية فيها، وهى القاهرة، والجيزة، و الإسماعيلية، والشرقية، والإسكندرية، والتي يتوافر فيها المجازر الكافية لذبح الطيور .
كما تشمل اللائحة الجديدة تحديد مدد مختلفة لكل محافظة قبل صدور قرار من وزير الزراعة بتطبيق قانون حظر تداول الطيور فيها بعد استيفاء طاقة المجازر للإنتاج اليومي من الطيور والبالغ مليوني طائر. الجمعة 26 يونيو 2009 - 05:17 م

"Agriculture" issued a regulation to regulate the sale of live birds and the beginning of July

Dr. "Nabil Darwish," the President of the General Federation, the Ministry of Agriculture will be issued early next month, the Regulations of the President's decision to regulate the sale of live birds and poultry, issued last May.

It also includes the new regulation to identify different periods of each province prior to the decision of the Minister of Agriculture and the application of a law banning the circulation of influenza after the massacres of energy to meet the daily production of two million birds and birds.
