إجراءات مشددة لمواجهة أنفلونزا الخنازير بالبحيرة

أكد اللواء محمد شعراوى ? محافظ البحيرة ? على ضرورة توزيع العمالة بالمدارس بنسبة عدد الفصول بحيث يكون هناك عامل لكل ستة فصول مع حصر المدارس التى بها عجز فى العمالة لتدبيرها من العمالة المتبرع بأجورها من إحدى الجهات، وهى أجور 300 عامل لمدة عام، وذلك فى مراكز كفر الدوار وابو حمص ودمنهور وتكليف مديريات الصحة والتربية والتعليم والتضامن الاجتماعى والوحدات المحلية والأزهر بالتنسيق فيما بينهم بشأن الإجراءات التى يجب اتخاذها لضرورة الالتزام بالتعليمات من نظافة المبانى والمنشآت ودورات المياه والتهوية الجيدة وتقليل الكثافات وتوفير غرف للعزل والانتظار وتوفير أدوات النظافة والمطهرات.
ويتم عمل فحص اجتماعى لأسر الحالات التى يثبت ايجابية اصابتها واتخاذ الإجراءات الوقائية بشان المخالطين لهم من فحوص وعلاج ومنحهم الراحة المطلوبة (15 يوم للطلاب وأسبوع للعاملين ) وتخطر الجهات المعنية وجهة عملهم سواء الحالات المشتبه فيهم والمخالطين لها بالمنزل والمدرسة.
ويتم عمل ملف بكل ادارة صحية او تعليمية او تضامن اجتماعى أو وحدة محلية عن كل حالة وما اتخذ بشانها من اجراءات على ان يتضمن البيانات التالية (الاسم والعنوان وما اتخذ من إجراءات والمتابعة).
وتكليف مديريات الصحة والتربية والتعليم والتضامن الاجتماعى والإدارات التابعة لهم بالمراكز والوحدات المحلية بضرورة الالتزام بالأماكن التى يتم تحديدها ومعرفتها لأخذ عينات من الحالات المشتبه فيها لفحصها.

Maj. Gen. This is done to the families of social examination of cases of demonstrated positive hit, take preventive actions on contact their testing and treatment and give them the comfort required (15 days of the week for students and staff), and shall notify the concerned bodies and they work both cases, suspects and contacts with home and school.
The action of a file of all health management, educational or social solidarity or the local unit for each case and took the action that includes the following data (name, address and the actions taken and follow-up).
Assigning directorates of health, education, education, solidarity and social centers of their respective departments and local units to abide by the places that are identified and knowledge to take samples from suspected cases for examination.
