أعلن الدكتور حاتم الجبلى وزير الصحة وفاة حالة جديدة جراء الإصابة بأنفلونزا الخنازير لترتفع عدد الحالات المتوفاة فى مصر إلى 6 حالات منهم 5 سيدات، بالإضافة إلى طالب مدرسة حلوان الذى مازالت وزارة الصحة تدرس سبب وفاته.

ومن جانبه أكد الدكتور نصر السيد مساعد وزير الصحة للشئون الوقائية، أن الحالة الوفاة السادسة لسيدة تبلغ من العمر 23 عاما من محافظة الجيزة محتجزة منذ 28 أكتوبر بأحد مراكز الصدر الخاصة، توفت بعد إصابتها بالتهام رئوى حاد وفارقت الحياة صباح اليوم.

نظم 200 عامل بمستشفى الصدر بإمبابة وقفة احتجاجية فى الثانية عشر من ظهر اليوم الثلاثاء، اعتراضاً على وقف مدير المستشفى الدكتور نبيل الدبيركى عن العمل وتحويله للنيابة للتحقيق معه على خلفية وفاة السيدة نورا هاشم بمرض "H1N1" المعروف باسم أنفلونزا الخنازير، بعدما اتهم أهالى المتوفاة مدير المستشفى وإدارتها بالتقصير فى علاجها ورعايتها.

وأعرب المحتجون عن استيائهم من وقف مدير المستشفى عن العمل معتبرين تحويله للنيابة قراراً ظالماً، مؤكدين أنها محاولة لتهدئة الرأى العام وامتصاص غضبه بتقديم "كبش فداء"، وأضافوا أن كافة الأطباء الموجودين بالمستسفى يتمتعون بكفاءة مهنية وعلمية عالية.

وأوضحت غادة عطا المدير المالى والإدارى بالمستشفى، أن الدكتور نبيل الدبيركى يعمل بالمستشفى منذ 40 عاماً متحملاً أعباء تطوير وتأهيل المستشفى مرتقياً بها إلى أن تحولت إلى صرح طبى يخدم مرضى الصدر والحساسية من الفئات المختلفة، بعدما كانت مستوصفا صغيرا لمرضى الدرن.

وقال الدكتور مصطفى حمودة نائب رئيس المستشفى، إن المتوفاة حولت إلى مستشفى الجيزة بعد الاشتباه فى إصابتها بأنفلونزا الطيور، لأن المستشفى مخصصة لاستقبال المصابين بأنفلونزا الخنازير، طبقا لتعليمات وزارة الصحة التى أوصت بمنع الاختلاط بين مصابى الطيور والخنازير، الذى ربما ينتج عنه تحور خطير للفيرس يؤدى للوفاة، مشيرا إلى أن مستشفى الجيزة قامت بتحويلها إلى مستشفى أم المصريين التى حولتها إلينا مرة أخرى، وهى فى حالة سيئة مع أنها مؤهلة لاستقبال المصابين بأنفلونزا الخنازير.

وأكد أن المتوفاة لاقت الرعاية الكاملة من قبل إدارة المستشفى بالمجان حتى الساعات الأخيرة من وفاتها، مشيرا إلى ارتفاع مستوى تأهيل المستشفى لاستقبال الحالات الحرجة فيما يتعلق بأنفلونزا الخنازير.

The Health Ministry on Monday announced a new fatality as a result of the H1N1 virus, or "swine flu," bringing the total death toll in Egypt to six, including five women and one young boy whose death remains under investigation.

Amr Qandil, head of the ministry's Precautionary Department, said that the sixth case was that of a 23-year-old woman from Giza's Imbaba district.

"She wasn't suffering from any chronic diseases such as diabetes or high blood pressure," said Qandil. "But she contracted the virus on 28 October and had to be put on a respirator before passing away on Monday."

"The victim was Nour Hashem, a housewife and mother of two," Health Ministry Undersecretary Mustafa el-Maraghi said. "According to her family, she had not been feeling well the week before she was hospitalized."

Protests at the Imbaba Chest Hospital

More than 200 employees of the Imbaba Chest Hospital in Cairo staged a sit-in on Tuesday to protest the expected prosecution of the hospital's director following Egypt's sixth fatality from the H1N1 virus, commonly known as "swine flu." Protesters say that the hospital director, along with the entire medical team, performed his job competently and should not be held responsible for the latest fatality.

"The case was at first diagnosed with pneumonia," said hospital employee Dr. Hoda el-Sherif. "But when we discovered that she raised poultry at home, we sent her to Al-Omraneya Hospital, which has been designated by the health ministry for bird flu cases."
"But the victim was sent back to us after being diagnosed with H1N1," el-Sherif continued. "So we put her in the intensive care unit and gave her full medical attention."

According to hospital Assistant Director Muhammad Seoudi, the victim's family has not filed any formal complaints against the hospital. "They saw with their own eyes the care with which we provided the patient," he said.

"Is this the thanks we get for doing our best?" asked Dr. Mustafa Abdel Moneim. "What will happen to us next?"

Health Ministry Undersecretary Mustafa el-Marahgi said it was still premature to say who was responsible for the latest death. "This will only be revealed by subsequent investigations," he said, denying that any protests had been held at the hospital.

Imbaba Municipal Council member Mahmoud Ali, however, confirmed that sit-in protests had in fact been staged by hospital workers. "Council members went to the hospital to see it for themselves," he said.

قدم الدكتور محمد مصطفى حامد، مساعد وزير الصحة، بلاغاً إلى النيابة العامة أمس، ضد مديرى مستشفيات: الحميات فى إمبابة، والصدر فى العمرانية، وأم المصريين، ومدير الطوارئ فى مستشفى حميات إمبابة، طالب فيه بالتحقيق فى حادث وفاة الضحية السادسة لمرض أنفلونزا الخنازير.

قالت مصادر طبية لـ ?المصرى اليوم? إن هيئة الرقابة الإدارية أجرت تحقيقاً فى الواقعة، أثبتت أنه كان من الممكن إنقاذ الضحية نورا هاشم محمد، قبل مصرعها متأثرة بإصابتها بالفيروس، وأن المستشفيات الثلاثة تقاعست فى التعامل معها، مؤكدة أن مستشفى حميات إمبابة رفض استقبالها فى البداية، وحولها إلى مستشفى الصدر، ومنه إلى أم المصريين.

وأكد تقرير الرقابة الإدارية، الذى أرسلته إلى وزارة الصحة، مساء أمس الأول، أن الإهمال وراء وفاة الضحية، وليس المرض، وأن أياً من المستشفيات الثلاثة كان كفيلاً بالتعامل مع الضحية، ومنع تدهور حالتها.

واتهم مساعد وزير الصحة فى بلاغه مديرى المستشفيات بالإهمال والتسبب فى الوفاة، مطالباً بالتحقيق فى القضية، وإثبات ما إذا كان هناك ثمة إهمال أو تراخ فى التعامل مع الضحية، من عدمه.

تجرى التحقيقات تحت إشراف المستشار هشام الدرندلى، المحامى العام الأول لنيابات شمال الجيزة، ومن المقرر أن يكلف أحد رؤساء النيابة الكلية بالتحقيق فى الواقعة، وطلب ملفات استقبال ودخول وخروج الضحية فى المستشفيات الثلاثة، واستدعاء مديرى المستشفيات، ومدير الطوارئ فى حميات إمبابة، لمواجهتهم بما جاء فى تقرير الرقابة الإدارية، والبلاغ.

كانت وزارة الصحة أعلنت، الاثنين الماضى، وفاة الضحية السادسة لأنفلونزا الخنازير، وهى سيدة ?٢٥ سنة? من الجيزة، وتبين أنها دخلت المستشفيات الثلاثة فى ٢٨ أكتوبر الماضى.

أمر المستشار هشام الدرندلى المحامى العام الأول لنيابات شمال الجيزة بإخلاء سبيل مؤقت من سرايا النيابة لمدير مستشفى صدر إمبابة و6 أطباء وموظف الاستقبال ومدير الشئون المالية والإدارية بالمستشفى فى البلاغ المقدم من الدكتور محمد مصطفى حامد مساعد وزير الصحة.

وعقب استماع محمود الحفناوى رئيس النيابة الكلية لأقوالهم فى البلاغ المقدم من وزارة الصحة ضد كل من مستشفى الصدر بإمبابة ومستشفى العمرانية وأم المصريين ومدير الطوارئ بالمستشفى الأولى لاتهامهم بإهمالهم فى حدوث وفاة الضحية السادسة المصابة بمرض أنفلونزا الخنازير.

كشفت تحقيقات النيابة العامة أن الضحية السادسة لمرض أنفلونزا الخنازير "نورا هاشم محمد" 23 عاما كانت قد توجهت إلى مستشفى الصدر بإمبابة الثلاثاء الموافق 27 أكتوبر الماضى فى الساعة الواحدة بعد منتصف الليل بعد ظهور أعراض المرض، وبدأ الدكتور بتشخيص الحالة على أنها مصابة بأنفلونزا الطيور طبقا لوائح مستشفى الصحة أن مستشفى الصدر معدة لاستقبال مصابى أنفلونزا الخنازير، فأمر بنقلها بخطاب رسمى إلى مستشفى العمرانية بعد عدة ساعات وبوصولها إلى مستشفى العمرانية تم تشخيص حالتها أنها مصابة بأنفلونزا الخنازير، ليتم نقلها إلى مستشفى أم المصريين لتعاد مرة أخرى لمستشفى إمبابة فى الساعة 11 صباحا فى نفس اليوم، ليتم حجزها لمدة 6 أيام حتى تدهورت حالتها وفارقت الحياة يوم الاثنين الموافق 2 من نوفمبر الجارى.

ذكر زوج الضحية "هانى زكريا، عامل، أمام النيابة أنه تم رفض استقبال زوجته لعدم دفعه مبلغ 2000 جنيه.

وبعد أن وجهت النيابة إلى مدير مستشفى الصدر الدكتور نبيل الديركى و6 أطباء آخرين ومدير الطوارئ تهمة الإهمال الطبى، وبإنكارهم الواقعة أمرت النيابة بإخلاء سبيلهم من سرايا النيابة.

An Egyptian court has Imbaba, headed by Justice Ahmed Sheikh, the presence of Mahmoud Hefnawi, President of the Prosecution, D for the verdict on the issue of the four doctors accused of causing the death of the sixth case of swine flu at the meeting of 29 May.
The public prosecutor had directed each of the defendants "Mutaz. M. H" and "Muhammad. A. P" and "Murad. P. M" and just. C. P ", was charged with negligent medical gross and failure to help the patient, and causing her death, disease, swine flu, after a communication submitted by the Ministry of Health, Counselor Hisham Aldrndly, attorney general for the prosecutions of the north of Giza, and accused the doctors of negligence in the care of the victim after she was diagnosed with flu pigs, and diagnosed error as bird flu, even deteriorated, and died on Nov. 2, to order Aldrndly refer doctors for trial, after confirming the forensic report an error in the death of the victim, and the failure of hospitals during the reception of the situation.
