تلقى الدكتور عبد العظيم وزير محافظ القاهرة اليوم تقريرا من الدكتورة سعاد الخولى مدير مديرية الطب البيطرى بالقاهرة يؤكد قيام قائد السيارة رقم "49385" نقل الجيزة باقتحام كمين الإسماعيلية، وهو أحد الكمائن التى أقامتها المحافظة على المداخل والمحاور الرئيسية للتأكد من صلاحية الطيور الواردة لها من المحافظات المجاورة وحصولها على جميع التصريحات اللازمة. Dr. Abdel Azim Wazir, Cairo Governor today a report from the Director, Dr. Suad Al-Kholi, the Directorate of Veterinary Medicine in Cairo, confirms that the driver of the car number "49385" transfer Giza Ismailia to break into an ambush, one of the ambushes set up to maintain the entrances and the main axes, to make sure the birds have received from the provinces neighbors and access to all the necessary announcements.
وأشار التقرير إلى أن السائق حاول الهروب من الكمين بإطلاق أعيرة نارية مما حدا بالضابط أشرف القزاز ملازم أول بمطاردته وإطلاق أعيرة نارية أصابت السائق فى ذراعه وتم ضبط السيارة وهى محملة بعدد 75 طردا تضم حوالى 900 طائر قادمة من الدقهلية ومخالفة لخط السير وتحمل تصاريح وشهادات من المعمل منتهية، وتم تحرير محضر للسائق وإحالته للنيابة والتحفظ على الطيور المضبوطة وإحالتها للفحص الفنى والبيطرى. The report pointed out that the driver tried to escape from the ambush by firing shots, prompting Ashraf Kazzaz lieutenant officer in pursuit and the launch of the first shots hit the driver in his car were seized, loaded with a parcel number 75 of about 900 birds from Dakahlia contrary route and carry certificates and permits from the lab completed, and filed a report and transmit it to the driver and the reservation on behalf of the birds seized and submitted for technical inspection and vet.
