واصلت انفلونزا الطيور في مصر حالاتها بتسجيل الاصابة رقم‏79‏ لطفل يدعي أحمد فتحي احمد عيسي وعمره سنة و‏5‏ أشهر من قرية البصارطة بدمياط‏.‏​
Continued to bird flu in Egypt, the registration of their injury No. 79 for a child called Ahmed Fathi Ahmed Issa-year-old and 5 months from the village of Albesartp DAMIETTA.

وقال الدكتور عبدالرحمن شاهين المتحدث الرسمي باسم وزارة الصحة ان الطفل حالته مستقرة خاصة بعد نقله لمستشفي منشية البكري لافتا الي ان تلك الحالة تمثل رقم‏28‏ في الاشهر التي مضت من العام الحالي‏.‏​
Said the spokesman, Dr. Abdel Rahman Shahin, official spokesman of the Ministry of Health that the child, especially in stable condition after being transferred to a hospital in the capital Bakri pointed out that the situation is a No. 28 in the months that have elapsed this year.

في غضون ذلك قال الدكتور شاهين ان حالة الطفلة المصابة بانفلونزا الخنازير والتي تعد اول اصابة يعلن عنها في مصر استقرت مشيرا الي خروجها من مستشفي الحميات خلال ساعات‏.‏ يأتي هذا في الوقت الذي تم عزل‏4‏ حالات للاشتباه في اصابتهم بمرض انفلونزا الخنازير‏H1N1‏ وأخذ عينات منهم لتحليلها بالمعامل المركزية بوزارة الصحة للتأكد من خلوهم من المرض‏.‏ وأضاف ان الحالات التي تم احتجازها بمستشفي حميات العباسية والذين تم اخذ عينات منهم لتحليلها وفي انتظار نتائج الفحص المعملي لهم وهم راكب امريكي يبلغ من العمر‏71‏ سنة وكان قادما من نيويورك علي مصر للطيران بالاضافة إلي طفل أوزبكستاني عمره سنتان وكان قادما من تركيا هو ووالدته وجدته علي طيران الخطوط التركية‏,‏ مشيرا إلي ان اجمالي حالات الاشتباه وصل الي‏141‏ حالة تأكدت منها حالة واحدة وتم الاعلان عنها‏.‏​

واشار ان الخط الساخن تلقي امس‏1906‏ اتصالات مابين استفسارات وبلاغات وبذلك يصل اجمالي الاتصالات منذ اول مايو وحتي امس الي‏59474‏ اتصالا‏,‏ فيما تمت مناظرة‏17813‏ راكبا علي متن‏101‏ طائرة و‏19‏ سفينة أمس ـ من القادمين من الدول الموبوءة ـ بجميع منافذ الحجر الصحي علي مستوي الجمهورية وبذلك يصل عدد من تمت مناظرتهم من اول مايو الجاري حتي امس الي‏567041‏ شخصا‏,‏ مشيرا الي تدعيم منافذ الحجر الصحي بكاميرات الفحص الحراري وهي كاميرات متطورة وسريعة حيث انها تمكن من الكشف علي مجموعة من الركاب في دقائق‏.‏ في غضون ذلك احتجزت امس‏47‏ حالة للاشتباه في اصابتهم بمرض انفلونزا الطيور وتم اخذ عينات من تلك الحالات لتحليلها والتأكد من اصابتهم او خلوهم من المرض‏..‏ الجدير بالذكر ان اجمالي حالات الاشتباه بانفلونزا الطيور منذ دخول المرض مصر في عام‏2006‏ وحتي امس‏8406‏ حالات اشتباه تأكدت الاصابة في‏79‏ حالة توفي منها‏27‏ وشفيت‏48‏ وهناك‏4‏ حالات بالمستشفيات لتلقي العلاج‏.‏​
