1)As of November 4 the Ministry of Health has denied any coronavirus cases in Egypt:

2) The last H5N1 case announced by the Ministry of Health was in April 2013:
Egypt - Woman, 25, hospitalized on April 25, died from bird flu H5N1 - Sohag governorate
3) There have been many recent poultry farm fires that are suspect. To my knowledge there is currently no compensation program for poultry farmers to cull H5N1 infected birds. Some recent articles:
Egypt - 1000s of chickens and 4 cattle died in 2 farm fires in Benha, Qalyubia governorate - October 5, 2013
Egypt - A large farm destroys poultry farm in Sharqia governorate - October 16, 2013
Egypt - Farm fire kills 600 chickens in Qalyubia governorate - October 19, 2013
Egypt - Poultry farm fire kills 3500 chickens - Remaly, Quesna, Menoufia governorate - October 20, 2013
Egypt - Huge fire at duck farm in Fayoum govenorate - October 28
