أعلن د.حاتم الجبلى وزير الصحة، عن مجموعة من الإجراءات الوزارية الجديدة، للتعامل مع فيروس أنفلونزا الخنازير فى مقدمتها إجبار المستشفيات الخاصة على تخصيص 5% من آسرتها للاستقبال المرضى بأنفلونزا الخنازير بحد أدنى 5 أسرة فى كل مستشفى كما قرر الجبلى، معلنا أنه فى حالة المخالفة سيتم تشميع المستشفى، حيث إن هذا القرار جاء بعد رفض المستشفيات طلب وزارة الصحة فلجأت إلى القرارات الوزارية الجبرية.
أما ثانى القرارات فخاص بالمعامل الخاصة والتى ستقوم الملائمة للاشتراطات الوزارة منها بعمل التحاليل الخاصة بأنفلونزا الخنازير وفق المبلغ الذى ستحدده وزارة الصحة معلنا رفض الوزارة التام لعمل تحليل الأنفلونزا الفحص السريع، والذى تجريه بعد المعامل 1700 جنيه، مؤكدا أن منظمة الصحة العالمية أكدت أن 50% من نتائجه خاطئة.
ثالث قرارات وزارة الصحة فى فترة الانتشار المجتمعى خاصة بتخصص عيادات طبية متنقلة فى المناطق الشعبية وفى مقدمتها المرج للكشف على المصابين كإجراء وقائى احتياطى من قبل الوزارة فى حالة زيادة الأعداد فى الفترة القادمة، هذا بالإضافة إلى تخصيص 5% من أسرة المستشفيات العامة للاستقبال الحالات المصابة بأنفلونزا الخنازير.
يأتى هذا بعد دخول مصر مرحلة جديدة من مراحل الإصابة بأنفلونزا الخنازير والتى يطلق عليها الانتشار المجتمعى للمرض، وهى المرحلة المتوقع فيها ارتفاع عدد الإصابات بدرجة كبيرة خلال الأيام القادمة، فالأرقام ستزداد مما يدفعنا كوزارة صحة إلى العمل على تقليل الآثار السيئة للمرض مع العمل على تقليل معدل الوفيات كما وصف الجبلى.
وأكد الجبلى أن المستشفيات ستقوم فى الفترة القادمة تقسيم الحالات وفقا لشدتها إلى ثلاث شرائح، الأولى حالات بسيطة يتم تحويلها إلى البيت مع أخذ خافض للحرارة والعزل لمدة أسبوع، والثانية حالات وسيطة يتم تحويلها إلى البيت مع أخذ تاميفلوا، نظرا للإصابة بأمراض مزمنة أما الشريحة الثالثة والأخيرة فللحالات الشديدة التى تحتاج إلى العزل فى المستشفى وتناول عقار التاميفلوا فحالة المريض وملفه الصحى هى التى ستحدد تناول للتاميفلوا وليس الوساطة كما ينشر البعض، وهذا ما تم تطبيقه على الحجاج وقد تم تطعيم 30 ألف حاج حتى الآن دون أى تسريبات تذكر.
أما فيما يخص الموقف الحالى، فأكد الجبلى أن الموقف فى مصر مستقر مقارنة بدول العالم الأخرى، حيث إن عدد الإصابات فى الولايات المتحدة يصل إلى 11 ألف إصابة فى اليوم
وفى إنجلتزا إلى 220 ألف إصابة حتى الآن، لافتا إلى أن عدد الإصابات وصل إلى 1642 حالة توفى منهم 5 حالات منهم 1522 حالة شفاء، بالإضافة إلى 117 حالة ما زالوا يتلقون العلاج فى المستشفيات حالتهم مستقرة بواقع 532 حالة وافدة من 44 دولة أكثرهم من السعودية بواقع 170 حالة.
وفيما يخص الإصابات فى المدارس، أكد الجبلى أن عدد الإصابات وصلت إلى 320 طالبا فى 16 محافظة و10 إصابات فى الحضانات أكثرهم وقع فى الأسبوع الخامس من الدراسة، لافتا إلى أن أكبر معدل للإصابة فى القاهرة الكبرى، مما يؤكد أننا أمام مرض مدن كبيرة مؤكدا أن مد إجازة العيد إلى 10 أيام جاء ليعطى فرصة أكبر للشفاء لمن أصيب خلال فترة العيد بالإضافة إلى تبطىء وتيرة الإصابة بالمرض، لافتا إلى أن قرار تعليق الدراسة أو إلغائها
