أكد د.رضا أبو سريع مساعد أول وزير التربية والتعليم، أن قرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء بمد إجازة عيد الأضحى لتصبح 10 أيام بالمدارس، يأتى استجابة لاقتراح قدمته وزارتا "الصحة" و"التربية والتعليم" للدكتور أحمد نظيف يهدف لمنح الطلاب المصابين بالمرض فرصة للتعافى منه والانتظام فى الدراسة مرة أخرى مع استغلال الإجازة لإعادة فتح المدارس والفصول المغلقة نتيجة ظهور إصابات بها، فى الوقت ذاته وصل عدد الإصابات بالمدارس حتى صباح اليوم، السبت، إلى 287 طالباً وطالبة.
وقلل أبو سريع من احتمالات تأثير مد إجازة عيد الأضحى بالسلب على شرح المناهج لطلاب المدارس، لأن الطلاب، بحسب قوله، اعتادوا التغيب كل عام لعدة أيام بعد إجازة العيد، وأكد مساعد الوزير، أن امتحانات النصف الأول من العام الدراسى ستُجرى فى موعدها المحدد سلفاً بالخطة الزمنية للعام الدراسى، وأكمل قائلاً "كل محافظ له سلطة تحديد موعد بدء ونهاية امتحانات نصف العام، لكن فى الفترة من 22 يناير إلى 4 فبراير".
ووصف مساعد وزير التربية والتعليم لليوم السابع أن معدل الإصابات بأنفلونزا الخنازير داخل المدارس بـ"المقبول" و"المطمئن" مقارنة بدول مجاورة أقل كثافة من حيث السكان مثل الكويت، مشيراً إلى أن قرار وقف الدراسة بشكل تام لن يتم اتخاذه إلا فى حالة تفشى أنفلونزا الخنازير بمصر وفق مؤشرات وبائية تحددها وزارة الصحة.
فى الوقت ذاته سادت حالة من الارتياح بين أولياء الأمور بعد صدور قرار من مجلس الوزراء بمد إجازة عيد الأضحى، واعتبر عدد منهم أيام الإجازة العشرة بمثابة هدنة مع المرض تمنح الطلاب المصابين فرصة للتعافى منه، فيما طالب بعضهم الحكومة بمد فترة الإجازة بالمدارس والجامعات لحين انتهاء النصف الأول من العام بالتزامن مع انقضاء أطول مدة من فصل الشتاء الذى تتزايد فيه معدلات الإصابة بأنفلونزا الخنازير.
وأبدى معلمون وطلاب لليوم السابع ارتياحهم الشديد لقرار مد إجازة عيد الأضحى، باعتبار أن أيام العطلة الإضافية ستكفل انقضاء فترة حضانة فيروس أنفلونزا الخنازير داخل أجساد الحجاج العائدين وقتها من الأراضى المقدسة، وهو ما سيقلل من احتمالات زيادة معدلات الإصابة داخل المدارس، على حد قولهم.
انتهت المديريات التعليمية بـ 7 محافظات من وضع جداول مواعيد امتحانات النصف الأول من العام الدراسى، فى الوقت ذاته حددت وزارة التربية والتعليم الفترة من 22 يناير المقبل وحتى 4 فبراير كموعد نهائى لإجراء الاختبارات بصفوف النقل والشهادات المحلية.
ومنحت الوزارة كل مديرية تعليمية، الحق فى تحديد المواعيد المناسبة لإجراء الاختبارات بها شريطة ألا تبدأ قبل 22 يناير وأن تنتهى قبل 4 فبراير، لتبدأ عقب ذلك إجازة نصف العام الدراسى فى الفترة من 6 فبراير حتى 18 من الشهر ذاته.
وأوضح عدد من وكلاء وزارة التربية والتعليم بالمحافظات، أنهم سيطبقون إجراءات وقائية ضد أنفلونزا الخنازير داخل اللجان مع مراعاة تقليل كثافة الممتحنين داخل كل لجنة، بجانب توفير أطباء وزائرات صحيات بكل مدرسة للكشف على الطلاب بصفة دورية.
وأشار مدحت مسعد وكيل وزارة التربية والتعليم بالقاهرة إلى انتهائه من وضع المواعيد المقترحة لعقد امتحانات الفصل الدراسى الأول لصفوف النقل والشهادتين على أن يتم إبلاغ الإدارات والمدارس بها بعد عرضها على المجلس الشعبى المحلى لمحافظة القاهرة وإقرارها، كما أكدت أميمة أبو العلا وكيل وزارة التربية والتعليم بمحافظة 6 أكتوبر، أن المديرية انتهت من وضع جداول الامتحانات لكل صف دراسى وستعرض خلال الأسبوع الحالى على المحافظ لاعتمادها.
وأكد سعيد عمارة ومحمود وهدان وجمال العربى وعبد الفتاح رسلان وثروث رشاد وكلاء وزارة التربية والتعليم بحلوان والمنيا والقليوبية والمنوفية والغردقة على التوالى، انتهاء مديرياتهم من وضع جداول امتحانات الفصل الدراسى الأول، مشيرين إلى وجود تنسيق بين المديريات التعليمية والصحة والمحافظين لتوفير الاشتراطات الصحية بالمدارس، خاصة أن الامتحانات ستبدأ فى فصل الشتاء الذى تزداد فيه معدلات الإصابة بأنفلونزا الخنازير.
وأوضحوا أن وضع الجداول مبكراً لا يعنى عدم الاستمرار فى تنفيذ تدريس المناهج وفقاً للبرنامج الموضوع لها، لكنهم شددوا على ضرورة الانتهاء من تدريسها قبل الامتحانات بوقت كافٍ ليتمكن الطلاب من المراجعة.
إلا أن سمير الخشن وكيل وزارة التربية والتعليم بالإسكندرية ومحمود صديق وكيل مديرية التربية والتعليم بالجيزة، اعتبرا أن الوقت مازال مبكرا على وضع جداول امتحانات الفصل الدراسى الأول، وتوقعا أن يتم ذلك عقب إجازة عيد الأضحى لضمان تلقى الطلاب قدراً أكبر من المناهج المقررة لهذا الفصل الدراسى بما يسمح للاستعداد لهذه الامتحانات.
