[COLOR=#000000 !important]Dr. Abdel-Magid Saqr, Governor of Suez, Dr. Labib Mohamed Kamal, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, called for upgrading the readiness of the Suez General Hospitals to treat any cases of avian influenza, and to prepare rooms for isolation and medical quantities inside hospitals.[/COLOR] [COLOR=#000000 !important]Dr. Saqr, Director General of Veterinary Medicine, Aziza Othman, to conduct a complete inventory of all farms within the Suez and control and prevent the entry of any birds from outside the provinces without an official permit after examination, and to ensure safety, and control of markets within the neighborhoods and immunization of live birds.[/COLOR] [COLOR=#000000 !important]This came during a meeting of the Governor of Suez, Directorates of Health, Veterinary and Preventive Medicine, and the heads of districts, youth and sports, and the Federation of Associations to contain any focus of avian influenza and to identify preventive measures.[/COLOR] [COLOR=#000000 !important]And reviewed d. Aziza Othman Director of Veterinary Medicine, the procedures taken by the Directorate to confront the disease, and control of the markets and shops selling live birds and Suez entrances in coordination with the Traffic Department.[/COLOR] [COLOR=#000000 !important]The Governor also called for continuous awareness through the media, the Department of Education in the Directorate of Health and the Information Center, organizing seminars and awareness convoys and visits to youth centers and schools to explain and explain the seriousness of the disease and how to confront and prevent it.[/COLOR] [COLOR=#000000 !important] He said d. Labib, said that all public hospitals in Suez are ready to face any emergency when the emergence of special cases of influenza, indicating that it formed a room for preventive operations to receive reports to any patient and the formation of medical teams of doctors and nurses to diagnose patients immediately suspected of any case.
