sachant que la faune sauvage joue un r?le, quand une administration v?t?rinaire a du mal ? faire respecter les r?gles, l'O.I.E, la F.A.O et ou les autres administrations ne peuvent aider ?




ce dossier , ? ce stade, me semble concerner le Nig?ria , l'Egypte et bien s?r la France...
 
Il semble que le gouvernement ?gyptien est instable et je ne suis pas s?r de savoir comment impliquer les organisations internationales sont dans les op?rations quotidiennes.

aucune g?n?tique d'animal hyper sensible, mais plus productif et non immunis? ne doit aller dans les zones de guerre, instables ou totalement corrompues.



Donc, en gros, dans les zones ou l'on sait que les donn?es O.I.E ne sont pas vraies et ou valides .



Sinon l'ensemble des acteurs honn?tes, dont les fonctionnaires, les acteurs de la production primaire, les chercheurs et les citoyens qui financent trop souvent, de x pays, vont continuer ? ?tre ridiculis?s ou ? souffrir pour des b?n?fices de quelque uns, ridicules par rapport aux co?ts .


Ceci me semble acceptable par beaucoup.
