شهدت محافظة الغربية وفاة حالة جديدة بمرض أنفلونزا الخنازير داخل مستشفى المنشاوى العام بعد تدهور حالته الصحية، وإصابته بالتهاب رئوى حاد. Western Province experienced the death of a new case of swine flu in the hospital explained the year after his health deteriorated, and a bout of pneumonia.
صرح الدكتور شريف حمودة وكيل وزارة الصحة بالغربية، أن وفاة شخص يدعى "رضا السباعى عبد الرحمن" (40 سنة) مقيم بقرية شرشابة مركز زفتى، بعد ثبوت إصابته بمرض أنفلونزا الخنازير. Dr. Sharif Hammouda Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health Gharbia, that the death of a person named "Reza pentathlon Abdul Rahman" (40 years) resident in the village center Hurcabp asphalt, after proven influenza illness in pigs.
كما احتجز مستشفى حميات طنطا حالتين جديدتين لطفلين مصابين بأنفلونزا الطيور، هما "أحمد.ر" (3 سنوات ونصف)، مقيم بمنطقة العجيزى بطنطا، و"محمد.ر" (عامان ونصف) مقيم بعزبة البار مركز قطور، بعد أن جاءت نتيجة العينات الخاصة بهما تؤكد إيجابية إصابتهما بمرض أنفلونزا الطيور.
