مركز المعلومات يؤكد أن وزارة الصحة تعلن أعداد المصابين بأنفلونزا الخنازير بشفافية

نفى تقرير غرفة العمليات المركزية بمركز معلومات مجلس الوزراء ما تردد بأن عدد المصابين بمرض أنفلونزا A(H1N1) فى مصر قد بلغ أكثر من ألف حالة دون أن يتم الإعلان عنها، وأكدت وزارة الصحة أن هذا الأمر عار تماما من الصحة، خاصة أن الوزارة تتعامل مع الموقف بشفافية كاملة.
وحول الإجراءات المتبعة فى غرف العزل للمرضى فى المستشفيات أوضح التقرير أنه يراعى أن تتوافر فى غرف عزل المرضى بعض الشروط لمنع انتقال العدوى، أهمهما تهوية الغرفة جيداً مع عدم فتحها إلا للضرورة، وعدم السماح باستخدام المراوح داخل الغرفة، وتنظيف غرف المرضى وتطهيرها بمطهر بيئى مناسب كالكلور وذلك يومياً، وبعد خروج المريض من المستشفى، كما يتم مراعاة أن تكون المراتب والوسادات والكراسى بغرف العزل مغلقة بطبقة مانعة لتسرب الدم وسوائل الجسم حتى يسهل تنظيفها وتطهيرها، ويتم تخصيص أدوات نظافة خاصة للغرفة.
ومن جانبها أصدرت منظمة الصحة العالمية بيانا بشأن تطورات المرض، مشيرة إلى أنه رغم عدم خطورة الفيروس إلا أنه مرض واسع الانتشار بشكل لم يسبق له مثيل، فقد استغرق انتشاره عالمياً حوالى 6 أسابيع على عكس جوائح الأنفلونزا السابقة التى استغرق انتشارها عالمياً 6 أشهور على الأقل.
وشددت المنظمة على ضرورة استعداد الدول بشكل جيد للتعامل معه من خلال مراقبة خطر انتشار الفيروس، والاكتشاف المبكر لأى تغير فى تركيبة الفيروس بما قد يؤدى إلى زيادة شراسته، وإنتاج اللقاحات للأنفلونزا الموسمية فى الوقت الحالي، بجانب إنتاج اللقاح الجديد المضاد لفيروس (H1N1) A، وتقييم كفاءة وفعالية إجراءات التصدى للجائحة
