Shaheen, said that the World Health Organization has warned since the emergence of bird flu that the real danger lies in the pig because it is the mediator parent virus, which could mutate and spread from person to person, indicating that the role of the media informed and active in the fight against bird flu and the early detection of cases, which helped to cure many of them It also contributed to the awareness of the dangers of the disease.

Dr. عبدالرحمن شاهين المتحدث الرسمي لوزارة الصحة ارتفاع اجمالي حالات الاشتباه بمرض انفلونزا الطيور منذ دخول المرض مصر في عام 2006 وحتي الآن نحو 8246 حالة أشتباه تأكدت منها 77 حالة توفي منها 27 حالة وشفي 46 حالة وهناك 4 حالات بالمستشفيات تتلقي العلاج.

اشار إلي احتجاز نحو 55 حالة اشتباه بانفلونزا الطيور مساء أمس الأول تتراوح أعمارهم مابين 6 شهور وحتي 70 سنة بمحافظات القاهرة والإسكندرية والجيزة والمنيا وسوهاج وقنا والاسماعيلية ودمياط والبحيرة والقليوبية والشرقية والدقهلية والغربية وكفرالشيخ..

وأكد مجدداً ان مصر خالية من أنفلونزا الخنازير وانه تم مناظرة نحو 483 ألفاً و611 شخصاً من القادمين من الدول الموبوءة بمرض انفلونزا الخنازير بجميع منافذ الحجر الصحي علي مستوي الجمهورية البحرية والبرية والجوية والبالغ عددها 33 منفذ منذ الاعلان عن ظهور أول حالات لانفلونزا الخنازير حتي 28 ابريل الماضي..
وأكد مجدداً ان مصر خالية من أنفلونزا الخنازير وانه تم مناظرة نحو 483 ألفاً و611 شخصاً من القادمين من الدول الموبوءة بمرض انفلونزا الخنازير بجميع منافذ الحجر الصحي علي مستوي الجمهورية البحرية والبرية والجوية والبالغ عددها 33 منفذ منذ الاعلان عن ظهور أول حالات لانفلونزا الخنازير حتي 28 ابريل الماضي .. مشيراً إلي ان هناك جهود كبيرة تبذل حالياً علي مختلف المستويات لأن الخطر مازال متوقعاً قدومه من خارج مصر..

وتم تكثيف الاجراءات الوقائية..
The intensification of preventive measures .. كما تم تدعيم منافذ الحجر الصحي بكاميرات الفحص الحراري وهي كاميرات متطورة وسريعة حيث انها تمكن من الكشف علي مجموعة من الركاب في دقائق وهي موزعة علي مطار القاهرة 7 كاميرات واثنين بمطار شرم الشيخ الدولي وكاميرا واحدة في كل من ميناء نويبع ومطار طابا الجوي وميناء طابا البري وميناء الإسكندرية البحري وتم عمل كروت مراقبة صحية بجميع القادمين من الدول الموبوءة لمتابعتهم في اماكن اقامتهم في مصر وذلك بالتنسيق مع وزارتي الداخلية والسياحة.
