أشار أحمد عبد المنعم وكيل وزارة الصحة بأسيوط، إلى أنه تم تنظيم قافلة سكانية لتقديم خدمات تنظيم الأسرة للمترددات نتيجة التوعية، وأنه تم وضع خطة تحت إشراف المديرية لتنفيذ أكثر من 42 ندوة موسعة بمعرفة أطباء متخصصين للتوعية بمسببات مرض أنفلونزا وأعراضه وكيفية الوقاية منه، وذلك فى إطار خطة مديرية الصحة بأسيوط للتوعية بمرض أنفلونزا الخنازير والطيور داخل مقار الشركات والمصالح الحكومية بالمحافظة.
كما اختتمت أعمال أسبوع صحة الأسرة المُنَفَذ بمركز أبنوب بحضور القيادات الشعبية والتنفيذية والسياسية بالمحافظة، حيث تم استعراض أنشطة الأسبوع التى تضمنت تنفيذ العديد من الندوات بقرى مركز أبنوب للتوعية بقضايا السكان وتنظيم الأسرة التى تخللها العديد من المسابقات لتحفيز المواطنين على الاستفادة من الخدمات المقدمة من خلال هذا الأسبوع، بالإضافة إلى مشاركة كافة الجهات التنفيذية فى العديد من الأنشطة لدعم القضية السكانية.

He Ahmed Abdel Moneim, Under-Secretary of Ministry of Health, Assiut, that a convoy was organized to provide the population of family planning services Mitrdeddat a result of the awareness-raising, and that plan has been developed under the auspices of the Directorate to implement a more extensive knowledge of 42 specialized doctors to raise awareness of the causes and symptoms of bird flu and how to prevent it, in the Department of Health as part of a plan to raise awareness of Assiut disease avian influenza in pigs and the headquarters of companies and government departments to maintain.
