Highlights

? We examined the effects of GB/GF exposure on hippocampal volume in Gulf War veterans.
? Veterans with predicted GB/GF exposure had smaller CA2, CA3, dentate gyrus volumes than matched, unexposed veterans.
? These results extend our previous findings of GB/GF-related hippocampal changes to another, independent cohort of GW veterans.
