鴨肉外銷廠商自救會今天表示，93年發生禽流感至今，使每新台幣8億元、約500萬隻鴨停止外銷，呼籲農委會改善損失。
Duck meat exporters Self-Help Association, said today that 93-year outbreak of avian flu now, so that each NT 800 million yuan, about five million ducks to stop exports, called the Council of Agriculture to improve the loss.
防檢局長許天來說，正在研議成立基金，補助淘汰處理。

鴨肉外銷廠商自救會表示，93年1月的禽流感不可避免的影響了鴨肉的出口業務，每年8億元、約500萬隻鴨外銷終止許久，希望政府提出改善之道。

農委會防檢局長許天來表示，台灣外銷鴨肉的國家與地區包含日本、韓國、香港及新加坡，依規定必須3個月沒案例發生，才能提出報告送審，經外銷國政府審核通過，才能恢復外銷。

他並說，自救會其實已向防檢局提出設置基金的建議，補助處理有案例發生的鴨場，防檢局已在研議中；但是自救會要求政府全額補助，恐怕與國際運作方式不同。
He also said that self-help would in fact have set up anti-Inspection Bureau of the proposal, subsidies handling cases occurred in duck farming, anti-Inspection Bureau in its deliberations in; but self-help would ask the Government the full subsidy, is probably connected with international operations in different ways .
他舉例，澳洲政府只補助H5及H7的禽流感養殖場淘汰作業，且分等級進行，如對於高病原，政府補助8成、業者自行負擔2成，低病原則各出5成費用。
He cited an example, the Australian government grants only H5 and H7 bird flu farms out of operation, and the sub-class for, such as for high-pathogenic, government subsidies into the eight, the burden on the industry itself into two, low disease from each of five into the cost of principle.
他強調，費用分攤必須納入法規、訂契約，這部份需要業者與政府達成共識，基金的設置才能完成。
