doesn't seasonal flu vac raise immunity system

It seems the health agencies are pushing harder for people to get the
"seasonal" vaccine, yet they say it offers no immunity to H1n1.

if the seasonal vax raises the body's immune system isn't that a good thing?

aren't the seasonal and h1n1 both brisbane strains?

.......aren't the seasonal and h1n1 both brisbane strains?

Here is part of the 566 positions in the Hemmaglutinin (HA) from
2008 seasonal [ACM51270 A/Idaho/23/2008(H1N1) ]
and the new 2009 H1N1 [ACT36658 A/Washington/18/2009(H1N1) ]
- you can see for yourself how different they are.

The quantity of differences shown is typical for most of the HA.
