Did WHO overlook a MERS-CoV case in Riyadh?

The Saudi Arabia Ministry of Health officially report 4 confirmed MERS-CoV cases from Riyadh on April 8, 2014 in the official Arabic language page for MERS-CoV (link, machine translation). The World Health Organization only reported three of these cases in Disease Outbreak News today (link). The fourth case, a 51 year-old individual report by the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Health, is not included in the WHO list published today.

I think they are really in touch with Saudi health officers. In fact, the IHR 2005 Emergency Commitee has been convened for the evaluation of situation and the expected result of the meeting should have been released weeks ago. The delay in the report publication is likely due the developing situation in KSA and elsewhere in the Gulf States.
