Orizaba, Veracruz .- (AVC) Director of Civil Protection in the town of Ixhuatlancillo, Sergio Humberto Torres Noriega, according to some media in the center of the entity of the alleged death of Mrs. Petra Francisca Garc?a L?pez, arguing that the cause of death was hypothermia, however, that version was denied by staff of the regional coordination of Civil Protection.

And is that according to the report issued by the director of that area Ixhuatlancillo, at noon on Friday confirmed the death of woman aged 48, residing in the county seat, but later received notification that had been treated only in a state of unconsciousness caused by a seizure suffered by women.

In that sense, the regional coordinator of Civil Protection, Jose Luis Palma Dector, reported that the matter is investigated, in order to define the health of Mrs. Petra Francisca Garc?a L?pez, to confirm or deny municipal official versions.

He explained that depending on the version of the municipal director, at noon on Friday received a distress call to transport a woman who supposedly was still and no sign of life, so they proceeded to call the Mexican Red Cross.

However, it was a neighbor who assisted the woman's family to take her to a particular hospital de Orizaba, where a doctor attended and reported that she had not died, but that was in an unconscious state by a seizure.

The Regional Civil Protection said that he will follow this case, because the report issued by the municipal manager was not clear and must be confirmed real version of events.

Finally, it should be mentioned that no agency of the Public Ministry has information related to the death of any person from hypothermia in the town of Ixhuatlancillo, so it will be the director of Civil Protection, who will have to clarify the situation.
