Found it, this is new admissions per 100k and source is Statens Serum Institut regional dashboard, click on the bottom right box and scroll through the tabs:

Thanks Sharon, it is a bit tricky to get the graph without knowing Danish! Google translate says that "Nyindlagte pr. 100.000 borgere fordelt på aldersgrupper" means "Newly admitted per 100,000 citizens by age group" and that graph is after the one you posted...
