The victim is a male person 75 years of age, symptoms of the disease in the patient started on Feb. 1, four days later he was interning at a public hospital where he died on the 20th.

The state health agency stresses that the patient also suffered from hypertension, one of the tables common among those killed in the H1N1 virus.

Until last March 19 in Nuevo Leon 105 deaths were recorded, four thousand 356 cases are accumulated by human influenza and three thousand 856 cases were discarded.

Nationally, the health department reports that 1,111 people have died since last April by the H1N1 influenza virus, and the total cumulative cases sum 71 thousand 525.

In recent weeks the deaths multiplied, in presenting the cold winter weather the virus can spread easily.
