There are many differing opinions as to the impact this computer worm will have tomorrow.

This advice was on the news a few minutes ago:

3 tests to see if your computer is infected:
You are unable to connect to a Microsoft site
You are unable to connect to virus protection sites
You cannot turn off your computer

If you have problems with any of the above, unplug your computer, go to a computer you know is clean and change all your passwords and contact your financial institutions.
