If the power should go out for an extended period of time, these little condiment packets could come in handy. I found a few sites on the internet that sell them. Gordon Food stores ( http://www.gfs.com ) sells them, and you might find some suppliers in your immediate area by searching the yellow pages under "Restaurant Supplies, Food Service, or Grocers":
