In recent times, what are the reasons for the occasional closure of highways around Xining? How does a "big guy" with a volume of 210 tons be transported from thousands of miles to its destination? On May 20, the reporter learned from the Provincial Highway Bureau that the highway was occasionally closed because the transformer of the UHV transmission project converter station had to be transported from the highway.
