Travel or travel related symptoms of avian influenza was found, should seek medical care immediately, and when the entry and exit inspection and quarantine institutions to declare. Port inspection and quarantine authorities should strengthen propaganda and education on avian influenza prevention and treatment work, and enhance awareness of disease prevention immigration officers.

World Health Organization (WHO) 2010 年 12 on 8 and 9 report, Egypt on November 28 re-confirmed one case of human infection with highly pathogenic H5N1 bird flu, the patients admitted to hospital after the Dec. 2 death. Indonesia November 14 found 1 case of confirmed cases of avian influenza, currently being treated.
To prevent human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza H5N1 into China, Egypt and Indonesia to protect our health and safety personnel, according to "Frontier Health and Quarantine Law" and its implementation details, we hereby announced as follows:
One, person from Egypt or Indonesia, if fever, cough, headache, general malaise and other symptoms, should take the initiative to the immigration entry and exit inspection and quarantine institutions oral accurately reported. After entering the above symptoms should seek medical care immediately to your doctor recent travel history to receive timely diagnosis and treatment.
Second, Inspection and Quarantine officers from these areas to strengthen the body temperature monitoring the immigration officers, medical and other health and quarantine inspection work, or on-site inspection staff found to have the above symptoms should be carefully investigation, the discovery of human infection with highly pathogenic epidemic of avian infection or disease suspected person, to take timely medical measures.
Third, to the human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza endemic areas who may apply to the entry and exit inspection and quarantine institutions and their international travel health advice or visit the health center AQSIQ Web site (www.aqsiq.gov.cn) Health quarantine and travel health column, to understand the epidemic situation in the region, control of bird flu prevention. Travel or travel related symptoms of avian influenza was found, should seek medical care immediately, and when the entry and exit inspection and quarantine institutions to declare.
Fourth, the port inspection and quarantine authorities should strengthen propaganda and education on avian influenza prevention and treatment work, and enhance awareness of disease prevention immigration officers.
