Rescue efficiency.

The exercise is simulated in the functional magnetic resonance laboratory of the N21 research building of the University of Macau. The operator is using a functional magnetic resonance imaging instrument to conduct an experimental study for a subject. During the scan, the subject fainted due to physical discomfort. The operator immediately stopped scanning and used the walkie-talkie to call the subject but did not get a response, so the internal emergency handling procedure was immediately activated and the fire department was called for help in real time. After receiving the report, the fire station immediately dispatched 3 emergency vehicles and 13 firefighters to the scene to rescue.

Because there is a magnetic field in the laboratory, the inside firefighters must remove the metal objects on their bodies, and then use the magnetic resonance compatible tools in the laboratory to The subject was rescued and sent to the hospital for treatment after initial care.

The exercise lasted about 30 minutes, the process was smooth and the expected results were achieved. Afterwards, the two parties also reviewed the content of the exercise, so as to optimize the coordination capabilities of both parties in the event of future accidents.
