According to the relevant regulations of the joint prevention and control mechanism of the State Council, and after comprehensive research and judgment by experts, the Harbin City Headquarters decided to adjust Yabuli Town, Shangzhi City, to a medium-risk area from 20:00 on March 18, 2022. Risk levels in other regions remain unchanged.

Wuchang City Epidemic Prevention and Control Work Headquarters issued a notice that from 14:00 on March 17, 24 townships (towns) in the city will be closed and managed, insisting that they should not leave Wuchang unless it is necessary. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs submits an application, and after strict review and approval, one can only leave Wuchang with a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours; there are no special circumstances to suspend arrival and return to Wuchang.
Regional traffic control is implemented, and all public transportation such as buses, taxis, and online car-hailing are suspended; except for vehicles related to life security, emergency response, and epidemic prevention and control, other vehicles are strictly prohibited on the road. Transit vehicles from other places detour according to the guidance, are not allowed to stop in the urban area, and are only allowed to drive directly out of the urban area.
Except for supermarkets, grain and oil stores and other basic livelihood security business places in the area, other business places are temporarily closed. All the places that can be operated shall adopt the method of ordering and distribution for sales, and personnel are strictly prohibited to purchase on the spot. Adhere to delaying red matters, handling white matters briefly, and reporting in a timely manner.
Enterprises that guarantee supply and stabilize production implement closed management, and employees of the enterprise are not allowed to leave the enterprise in principle.
All communities involved in the epidemic are managed and controlled in accordance with the closed control area. All residents in the community are quarantined at home, and the necessary living materials are delivered to their homes by special personnel. Other communities are managed according to the control area. Residents in the community do not leave their homes unless necessary, and it is strictly forbidden to leave the community. Those who do not comply with the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control and go out without permission will be transferred to a 21-day centralized isolation, the isolation time will be recalculated, and the isolation costs will be borne by the individuals themselves.

The requirements for transit vehicles from other places are also different. They can only transit after inspection, registration and affixing of seals. Each household can have one person go out to buy basic daily necessities every three days, and the time of going out each time shall not exceed 2 hours.
