On May 20, the reporter learned from the Hefei Public Resources Trading Center that the first phase of the city ’s meat and vegetable circulation traceability system operation and maintenance project has entered the market, 7 designated slaughtering enterprises, 11 distribution enterprises, 25 vegetable markets and 42 Chain supermarkets, etc. are included in the retrospective supervision system.
As the second batch of pilot cities for the establishment of a meat and vegetable circulation traceability system, the traceability system created by Hefei covers many pig slaughterhouses, meat and vegetable wholesale markets, standardized vegetable markets, meat and vegetable distribution units, large and medium-sized supermarkets, and group consumption units. Units can realize traceability of sources, inquiries of whereabouts, and accountability.
In order to improve the operation of the Hefei meat and vegetable circulation and traceability system, Hefei City determines the third party to conduct annual operation, maintenance and management through bidding, and is responsible for the troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, system defect handling, personnel training and other services of the Hefei meat and vegetable circulation and traceability system.
This year, the city needs to guarantee 135 node units including 1 city management platform, 7 designated slaughter enterprises, 1 meat and vegetable wholesale market, 11 distribution companies, 25 vegetable markets, 42 supermarket chains, and 48 group consumption units. The traceability system is operating normally, and the data of each node is reported to the city management platform and communicated with the traceability platform of the Ministry of Commerce and the Anhui Provincial Department of Commerce in real time to ensure that the Hefei meat and vegetable circulation traceability system operates efficiently during operation and maintenance, and the data is true and correct.
Through this project bidding, the application system, network system, server system, and traceable electronic scale of the traceability system will be guaranteed to operate normally, thereby further ensuring the normal operation of the Hefei meat and vegetable circulation traceability system, and doing a good job for the general public ’s health and life safety. Market supervision has made the table of Hefei people safer during epidemic prevention and control.
According to regulations, after the project operation and maintenance expires, the regulatory department will conduct a performance evaluation on the operation of the municipal meat and vegetable circulation traceability system.
