As for the case #1476, CHP report 9/5/17 says she was Severe Pneumonia but the Anhui HFPC, on May 8, 2017,already released the case was dead at that moment.
SO, if this Anhui provincial statement is for #1476, we can state "Died" in the case's line as follows:
