患者为男性，48岁，近两周内咳嗽咳痰、发热、呼吸困难，于11月4日午后被送入医院重症监护病房救治，经医院和市卫生局组织市级专家组会诊，诊断为甲型H1N1流感重症病例，伴有重症肺炎、循环呼吸衰竭。
