At the same time, my country's Criminal Law stipulates that if a violation of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases causes the spread of Class A infectious diseases or there is a serious danger of transmission, the relevant personnel shall also bear criminal responsibility.
In this incident, it was precisely because the relevant personnel failed to perform their statutory responsibilities that a large number of diners did not scan the code to register, which seriously hindered the follow-up epidemic prevention and control measures such as flow traceability, personnel management, isolation and transfer, and increased the epidemic situation.
