CANADA? A recall has been issued for a children?s over-the-counter fever remedy following concerns about how the acetaminophen it contains was produced.

Some brands of Little Remedies for babies and children are being voluntarily recalled by Prestige Brands after Health Canada learned about quality concerns with a manufacturer in China that produces acetaminophen (Paracetamol) as an ingredient for health products...
