The Centre for Health Protection has advised Shek Kip Mei Pre-school Centre - The Spastics Association of Hong Kong campus to suspend classes for a week starting March 3.

The call came after 10 students and three staff members, aged from two to 40, first developed flu-like symptoms - including fever, cough and sore throat - on February 25.

Twelve of them sought medical treatment. A six-year-old boy was admitted to United Christian Hospital and is now in stable condition. His samples tested positive for Influenza A.
