Earlier today, the CDC posted hospitalizations and deaths for both P&I and laboratory-confirmed cases. Shortly afterward, they removed the P&I numbers and reported the numbers shown above.
The earlier posting showed 25,985 P&I hospitalizations and 2,916 P&I deaths. That puts the CDC's total number of deaths for H1N1 at 1,285. The FT total is currently 1,690.
