California DoH Reports 128 Deaths - FT Total 146

The California DoH updated their site and currently shows 128 deaths; however, the FT total is 146 as of this afternoon. We have additional deaths as follows:

Los Angeles County - 5 (LA County Health Dept. most recent surveillance report shows 25 deaths as of August 8th. - page 2)

That would be 6 more deaths than Australia which is currently experiencing its winter flu season. I only mention this because California's population is very close (36 million) to Australia's population (21 million). I wonder if this is indicative of a similar attack rate in both places.
