Bat in San Benito High School Gym Tests Positive for Rabies

SAN BENITO - Officials at San Benito High School are concerned. They are sending out notes to parents saying a bat flew into their gym during the noon hour and that bat has tested positive for rabies.

San Benito school officials say no students or staff came into contact with the rabid bat. Officials have since sent out fliers warning students not to touch any bats.
