The Municipal Health extended the national vaccination campaign against polio until August 26 for children under 5 years. This is the second time in the second round of immunization, the deadline is extended.
The final debriefing in Ribeir?o Preto points that have been applied 27,311 doses of polio, which makes the index less than expected. The goal is to vaccinate 95% of children, but only 74% were medicated.
The product can be found in any Basic Health Unit or the Family Health Unit, from 8 to 16h. Parents and caregivers should be provided with vaccination cards for children.
