The State Department of Health informed gaucha, this Thursday (31), four more people have died of swine flu in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, in July. The victims were two men, one of 62 years, Canoes, and another of Uruguaiana, 18, an elderly 75 years, also of Canoes, and a child of 7 years of Santa Cruz do Sul. None of them had been vaccinated. At the end of June, the COUNTRIES had already recorded in your weekly bulletin the first two cases of deaths from swine flu in the State, of two women, in Porto Alegre and Canoes, with 57 and 58 years, respectively. They needed to be hospitalized for harm caused by viruses. Even so, compared to 2013, the numbers are best: this year were confirmed 72 cases of Influenza in the State, against 453 in the same period of last year. While this year has registered six deaths due to the virus until 31 July, last year 62 people had already been victims of Influenza.
