Bird flu forum to air

Progressive Action's recent forum on the possible bird flu pandemic will be aired on PACT-TV, Cable Channel 7, on three dates in June.

"The Bird Flu Pandemic ... Will We Be Ready?" will air on:

Thursday at 7:30 p.m.

Friday at 7 a.m.

June 22 at 10 p.m

The presentation looks at the nature of a pandemic, what makes this particular so worrisome, and what is and is not being done to prepare.

The forum was hosted by Progressive Action steering committee member Dr. Charles Gessert, senior researcher at SMDC.
