A 15 year-old Surrey high school student has died of probable bacterial meningitis. But health officials there and in the Interior health region say there is no reason to be overly concerned about an outbreak. The student attended Clayton Heights Secondary in Cloverdale, and both the school district and area health authority have alerted parents and students about symptoms and precautions to take. Symptoms are flu-like, and can include a stiff neck, light sensitivity, and a red dotted rash...
