THREE babies have been born with syphilis amid an outbreak of the sexually transmitted disease that has seen 235 cases identified in the Northern Territory in the last six months.

And as a response to the outbreak, which is thought to have originated in Queensland, the NT Health Department has come up with an innovative way of raising awareness by using online site Divas Chat...
