Notes: Two stool samples are collected and sent for LaboratoryExamination to GMCH, Microbiology Department. 1.DSO along with District RRT visited the affected villages.2. Medical Health camp organize in the area.3. 1000 nos. halogen tablets are distributed for water purification . 4. The PHE department is intimated for purification of drinking water . Investigation Closed Situation is under control.
