Plunder...my ass. Every medical professional in Egypt would be on a plane to any and every rich developed nation, without even an invitation, if they knew they could gain entry and ply their trade.

This issue is a moral dilemma. Instead of the 3rd world seeing this as a bonanza gold mine and generating millions of qualified professionals, they stingily think that they're being raped. They were incapable of great imagination; they are, and they will be so. Such a pity.

Maybe this GR is right for doctors who do not feel their bones, but many of our doctor still bear the bones of their ancestors and will not leave their village.

It is real that africa is many tribes and nations, it is real that many africans will dye in the villages.

Cholera death toll in Angola's northern Malanje province rose from 25 to 46 from 17-18 April, a source from the Health Ministry in the province announced.
The Spokesman for the Provincial Commission For Cholera Prevention and Control, Andre Ribeiro, said 49 adults and 41 children were admitted in local hospital until Tuesday, which rose the number of interned patients to 169.
The source added that since the illness broke out in the region, 363 cases have been recorded, 194 of which discharged afterwards.

Dondo, 04/20 - Seventeen new cases of cholera have been recorded over the last 24 hours at Dondo hospital, in Angola`s northern Kwanza-Norte province, rising the figure to 68 patients, since the outbreak of the illness, on April 08, in the district.

Hospital`s clinic director, Joao Mendes, said four people have already died in the locality, three of them at home.

Sixteen patients of cholera were admitted in Dondo hospital until 07:00 am, he added.
