It has people wondering is it a cold or the flu?

ST. CLAIRSVILLE, Ohio -- Officials at the Belmont County Health Department are all too familiar with the latest ailment, because several of their staff members have it.
And they say it's the common cold, although it seems to a a particularly fierce variety.
