While tech companies such as Amazon.com Inc. and Meta Platforms Inc. have been shedding employees and paring back hiring plans amid cooling market conditions, TikTok remains on a roll.
The social media giant has doubled its presence in the Seattle area this year, growing from 170 employees to more than 430, according to LinkedIn profiles.
When the company told the Business Journal in August 2021 that it was "rapidly growing" in the region, it had around 110 roles open. Over a year later, it's still hiring with over 380 local job postings....
