Since October 3, 2010, 128 influenza-associated hospitalizations with laboratory confirmation were submitted to the Bureau of Clinical Laboratories. The majority of the specimens were positive for influenza B (60.2 percent), followed by 24.2 percent influenza A (H3), and 15.6 percent influenza A (H1N1).
The majority of influenza specimens among hospitalized patients were received in January 2011. No pediatric influenza-associated deaths have been reported to date. http://adph.org/influenza/
