Some airlines have already suspended or cut back flights since the summer, and only one European carrier now offers direct services to Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia. However, those still operating have taken measures to protect passengers and crew, along with airports in the region and beyond.

Hello Gemineye-

What they didn't address in that article is that contracting Ebola on a flight or in an airport is only part of the problem, as of course, there is the 21-day incubation period. Infected travelers would still be able to get through to other countries, as we have now seen. Can airlines be held responsible for that? After this case, I think they could.

I don't think Brussels Air is going to be able to withstand the pressure from the travel industry to shutter their operations in Monrovia:
