Russian specialists are starting work on a vaccine for A/H1N1 flu. If the pandemic spreads, citizens will be vaccinated.

The head of Russia?s Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Protection and Welfare called it a vaccine of despair.

That is not good, it seems as an indirect estab admission of possible low vacc. utility, maybe in a possible flu changing visure,
or of it's many unknown but supposable collateral efects, which must be put apart because of an desperate need to prevent serious cases, and an coming health/.../ chaos ...
